AIdentityONE collects only what you choose to send through the request form: a description of one piece of work, your name, work email, and company.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, decide whether AIdentityONE may be a fit, reply to you, and send a short confirmation. Sending the form does not add you to a marketing list.

How the form works

• Vercel hosts the site and processes the form request.
• Cloudflare Turnstile uses limited browser and network signals to protect the form from bots and abuse.
• Resend delivers your request to our business inbox and sends your confirmation.

Your request is kept in AIdentityONE’s business email. We do not currently copy form requests into a CRM or a separate customer database. These providers may keep related records under their own policies and legal duties.

How long we keep it

We normally keep a request for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we begin working together, relevant messages may become part of our business records. We may also keep limited information when the law permits or requires it. Our providers may keep related records under their own policies and legal duties.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about your request. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be kept when the law permits or requires it.

We do not sell the personal information sent through this form.
